I am passionate about helping you achieve optimal health!

Growing up being exposed to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at a young age, I always had a deep appreciation for the wisdom and healing powers of eastern medicine.  During my Life sciences undergraduate degree at Queens University, I discovered Naturopathic medicine and its combination of western philosophies and eastern knowledge.  This sparked my passion and enthusiasm for holistic health.  I then pursued a 4-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and fell in love with its all encompassing therapies and their amazing power to heal.

I firmly believe in individualized care, and I will draw from science and traditional wisdom to discover and address the root cause of disease while providing safe, gentle and effective healing to the whole person.  My goal is help you understand the causes of disease, be proactive in disease prevention and ultimately be in control of your own health!  I will listen without judgment, treat you with the utmost respect, care and compassion and I am dedicated to help you, your family and friends find balance and reclaim health!

I utilize a range of naturopathic modalities including clinical nutrition, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle counseling.  Using these tools, I work to support the body’s natural healing process to achieve optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance and health.

I have a general family medicine practice but I do have a special interest in digestive health, women’s health, pediatric health, seasonal and food allergies, weight optimization, and overall preventative medicine.

I am here to support you on your healing journey towards a life full of energy, health, and happiness!

Currently, I am an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Medicine (CAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Medicine (OAND) and I am a licensed Naturopathic doctor registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy (BDDT-N).
